Omakasea contracts are entirely self-custodial, which means that each unique contract is owned by the artist from deployment until the end of time. This is true whether you are using our Freemium service, or if you are a Premium license holder.

Please note that if you have a Premium license holder deploy your collection for you (to get access to expanded customizability), they will have to transfer ownership of the contract to you upon deployment.
